Client agrees to indemnify, reimburse and hold Abiqua Tech & Design LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) losses, damages, fines, charges or other liabilities of any description arising out of, or in anyway connected with or resulting from the use of copyrighted or otherwise protected material.
